I don’t know about you, but I tend to live in phases… you know, a yoga phase, a writing phase, a walking phase, a meditation phase, a qigong phase, a juicing phase… I wish I could just combine them all and live in one BIG phase where I incorporate them all.
I woke up the other morning with the thought… “You need to meditate.” Followed by “You should teach others to meditate.” That part made me laugh but I did get up and take 5 minutes to meditate. When I was done I couldn’t believe it was over! It went by so fast… but it felt so good and I can’t help but think, we need a lot more meditating in our world.
I signed up for 40 day meditation challenge and I’m really looking forward to it. The next morning, I took 10 minutes first thing in the morning for some meditation and again, it was wonderful.
Next I want to add in some Yoga to make my body feel better and maybe I’ll start cooking again! Some of my favorite things. I think the part of incorporating all my phases is simply being more intentional about it. And… possibly setting some boundaries in my life too. That part is always hard and is often what sets me back but I’m going to try to more intentional about that too.
