Fall is my favorite time of year and this little solo trip seeing the colors of the foliage was just breathtaking.
Receiving with an open heart
Reiki unfolds differently for everyone, but when you come in with an open heart, the experience can be especially powerful. This week, I worked with a new client who arrived ready to receive—and the session flowed with ease, comfort, and connection. It was a beautiful reminder that when we soften and allow, energy meets us right where we are.
