We've finished Matthew in our reflections and are moving to Mark. I hope you'll join me!
Seems weird to be reading and writing about the crucifixion on Christmas Eve and at the same time, not... reflection on the life and and death of on the eve of the birthday celebration also seems appropriate.
It's this living that is the most important. It's the life and the way it's lived that matters most.
Waiting doesn't have to be a waste of time, it doesn't have to be boring. We can actively wait, do as we wait, it's the doing that the waiting ends.
Is what you are listening to love? Is it kind? Is it full of compassion? Or is it laced in sarcasm? rudeness, hatefulness?
It's time, past time to take God out of the box. To see God as God is... all powerful.
Being fully rooted in faith so that we aren't lead astray...
May we live lives full of confidence and faith, knowing that with that confidence and faith we can ask and it will be granted.
