I'm working to do more and to encourage others to do more to stand up for our country, for the marginalized and to work together to make a difference.
That unfriendly and/or block button is so tempting sometimes... and I hate it.
Use your voice! Be loud! Silence is compliance.
We're not helpless, though I often feel that way.
I am sitting here sobbing, watching video after video of them taking CHILDREN, CHILDREN! How is this happening? This is real life people! How is this happening? I feel so helpless. Growing older isn't for the faint of heart but it doesn't have to be as hard as I make sometimes...
Nobody really warns us about adult kids and the holidays... it's different but not as bad as I worried it would be.
It's this living that is the most important. It's the life and the way it's lived that matters most.
I’ve heard this before but thought it was such a beautiful story, I wanted to share. It goes well with my reflection for today. I may have cried a little… who am I kidding, I sobbed. May be always seek this kind of perfection in living. Until next time… ♥️
