That’s what this week has felt like for me, Sitting in Grief, in great sadness. I think about the stages of grief, and I think I’ve been running the gambit of them all week, well really since the election. Mostly, I’ve been feeling deep sorrow and despair.
I'm still reading "Sacred Earth Sacred Soul" by John Philip Newell but I'm nearing the end, but this quote really hit home with me this morning.

Have you seen the movie Spirited with Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds? It's a favorite of mine. Its message is absolutely beautiful. Every time I watch it a different song (it's a musical) touches me. This year it was "Unredeemable."
