Feeling weighed down
Sometimes the weight of the darkness in my world weighs heavy on my heart.
Thinking of starting my reflections again…
So, I've been thinking about writing my reflections again. I've been reading the Gospel of Matthew and really enjoying it and It's started me writing these reflections again.

It's Monday again! So far mine is being quite productive and fulfilling. How about yours? I'm focusing on today and letting go of the past. AND I'm thinking about putting up some Fall decorations!
Let Go and Let Love
And just as we choose to be upset, we can choose to laugh it off, to let it go. We can make the decision to look past to the words to what’s underneath and be more understanding. We can remember that, yes, hurt people, hurt people and try to love our way through it.
In Relationships, it’s the little things
In every relationship you have, remember to cherish, to nurture it, to put effort into it. We need relationships, we were created for relationships, for community.
Joy
“Forgive yourself for past mistakes and find a fountainhead of healing.” I think JOY very often follows healing. Sometimes we can find JOY IN the healing.
Doing the hard work…
It’s a choice we make. We choose whether or not to let our thoughts turn dark, turn negative, we choose what our thoughts become. We choose whether or not to put things back together - will we mend it? Will we knit it back together?
