The morning after my last post, I found a post-it note and wrote in the middle of the page and then just started writing all the words and phrases that just popped into my head. I added to it as the day went on and here we are. I took what I wrote to Canva and created this. ↑ Don’t know why I needed/wanted to share but I do so here it is.

Not earned,
GIFTED.
Found in love,
in tears,
in laughter.
It should be expressed.
It needs to be accepted.
It wants to be experienced.
It can be comfortable
It can be uncomfortable.
We must look for it,
We must be open to it.
Acted on, it brings peace.
