For many of us, the world feels heavy right now. We are feeling overwhelm and uncertainty. Sometimes, just a slow deep breath and exhale can lighten the load.
We should be more concerned with the death count of innocent humans than our financial woes. It all feels so callous to me. When did financial woes become more important than humanity? I know it’s probably always been this way but still… when will we learn?

Learning every day...
Getting back to my daily practices.
Even with lots going on, I'm still trying to find time to have my voice heard, to care for my. neighbors, and uphold my baptismal vows.
I'm doing what I can to help stand up against the cruelty and brutality of the current administration. Will you stand up with me?
That unfriendly and/or block button is so tempting sometimes... and I hate it.
