This menopause thing is no joke and it’s really not talked about enough, though it’s definitely getting better, but even though it’s something that I did learn about somewhat with and from my mom, you just can’t be prepared! You definitely can’t stop it! But hopefully you can recognize it.

Waking up to another beautiful and dare I say, Magical day!
Walking near these woods today, my imagination was piqued.
Sometimes when I'm walking, I talk on the phone and just go without really seeing. Today, I took time to really see and notice what was around me.
It's Monday again! So far mine is being quite productive and fulfilling. How about yours? I'm focusing on today and letting go of the past. AND I'm thinking about putting up some Fall decorations!
And just as we choose to be upset, we can choose to laugh it off, to let it go. We can make the decision to look past to the words to what’s underneath and be more understanding. We can remember that, yes, hurt people, hurt people and try to love our way through it.
