Okay, ya’ll are going to think I’m crazy, but I’m so ready for Fall and Winter. I’ve decided that those are just my favorite times of year. This week, all I’ve wanted to do is futon my fuzzy sock and curl up in front of the fireplace! It’s much too hot for that but I’ve got my twinkle lights on around the fireplace!
We’ve had a couple of cool morning and I’ve enjoyed them so much. Sitting out on the deck with my cup of tea and a light sweater… it’s been heavenly! We’ve had a wonderful breeze too and I’ve enjoyed that too.
Most of my clothes are for Fall and Winter and as I’ve been shopping for summer clothes, I’ve realized that that’s because Fall and Winter clothes are my favorite and actually look best on me!
I love the cozy feel of Fall and Winter.
I’m not a fan of the heat, or the allergies. I do love swimming pools (not the swimming suit) and grilling and watermelon. I enjoy the beach (not the sharks or jellyfish). I LOVE the mountains but I think it’s because of the cool mountain air.
Yeah, I love the cool temps… maybe I’m a 84 degrees and below kind of gal… well, I do prefer to keep it in the 30’s… I love snow but within reason.
We have some hot days ahead of us in the next couple of weeks… not thrilled about it but I will survive. Lucky for me, we also have a few more cool mornings coming. I will cherish them.

It probably depends on where you are in winter whether or not you like it. Lol I imagine in NY yours might be a bit harder than mine in Kansas. It’s all relative… but spring… not a fan but that’s all allergy related I’m sure.
