Friends, It was 51*F when I got up this morning! This is the weather I was created to live in! Lol. Not sure it works that way but it’s definitely how I feel. It makes me happy. It feels cozy and just plain wonderful.
I went on my walk again this morning. Same path, but this time I took time to notice more. I took time to see the fog floating just above a pond, to see the sun peeking through the leaves of the trees or sometimes streaming through.
I noticed the flowers along the path.
The what I grew up calling crabapples but I googled it and they are hedge apples or osage oranges? Anyway I saw a few just off the trail.
I noticed the spiders web/trap in the grass and a feather in the crack of the sidewalk.
The leaves beginning to gather on the ground around the few flowers still blooming.
And the changing colors of the leaves just beginning to occur.
And I noticed how rotten some people are when I saw the poop bag they had thrown up into a tree way off the side of the street… No-one likes to carry them full but if you have a dog, it’s just part of it. Don’t be gross. Just take it and throw in the garbage, please.
Anyway, it was a lovely walk and I wanted to share the beauty of it with you.
