Things I’m learning…

It’s okay to nap.

It’s okay to work my way slowly back into my exercise after a too long break.  

Beans taste a lot better as an adult.

I love writing my morning pages and it’s okay to not always get three pages but if I don’t give up, I usually can easily do so.

Having someone else dry my hair is so soothing, mesmerizing even, and can easily put me to sleep… I already knew that but was reminded at my haircut today. Lol

It’s okay to take a break from my reflections every now and then… no one really notices anyway, and I usually come back writing better.

Sometimes you’ve just got to give in to those cravings… just eat it and get it over with… you’ll feel better and be better off in the end and you won’t gain a gazillion pounds from it either… just maybe don’t do it every single day.

Okay, I think that’s if for now…
