I am again, torn about how I want to start this post this morning.Β I originally typed βGood Morning!βΒ But then I thoughtβ¦ itβs not a good morning for everyone out there right now.
I wish there was a way I could magically make the world, the planet, a more peaceful, kind, loving place filled with joy and compassion.
Reminds me of the Dr. Seuss Quote, βTo the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.β

I guess thatβs where we start, one person at a time.
βLet there be peace on earth and let it begin with me.β Right?
I guess that has to be enough. Thatβs all I can do. I can make the greater world a better place by making my little world and the world right here around me a peaceful, kind, loving, happier place.
I guess my problem is really wanting to show and share compassion. It doesnβt feel very compassionate to post as if there is nothing horrible going on in the world.
I know, itβs not like I have that many readers here anyway, but every time I write Happyβ¦ or Goodβ¦ I feel guilty thinking about those in harms way, those mourning, those hiding, those who are suffering and so onβ¦ I know itβs probably silly but itβs real.
Maybe instead of letting this stop me, I should let it encourage me to try to bring a little bit of joy, peace, and compassion to my little corner of the internet.
Maybe I try to find ways to lighten someone’s heart for the moment it takes to read here.Β Maybe I share something uplifting.Β Or maybe, like today, I just remind myself and others to show compassion, to remember that wars are happening, people are being killed, uprooted, and take a moment to remember them and send them prayers, positive thoughts and energy and so on.
So here is my uplifting thought for todayβ¦ No matter who you are, where you are, what you believe, you are important, you matter. This world wouldnβt be the same without you! You make a difference!
We can all make a difference in this big olβ world.Β It doesnβt have to be big, extravagant actions.Β A smile here, a kind word there, planting a seed for someone else to enjoy it’s blooms, a simple thank you.Β All easy things, but things that can bring a little joy, a little ease, a little compassion to someone with whom we cross paths.
My friends, you are loved. Thank you for reading here.
Until next time β₯οΈ β¦
