So, I’ve been a little MIA the last few days. My darling husband left the end of May for his latest work travels and he arrived home Thursday evening! Yay!! And we’ve been busy going, going, going ever since.
Thankfully, I was busy with DD and then off visiting DS and DDIL for most of his trip this time, so I barely had time to be alone, which was good. No time to get depressed or lonely.
We’ve had a grand few days of running errands and hanging out. Just taking time to enjoy one another again. It’s been fun and relaxing. Happy times.
Today, though, is Father’s day. I’m waiting for him to wake up so that I can give him his card and DD’s gift she left for him. I’m not one for waiting on this kind of thing …
Actually, I just ran up and woke him up to give it to him. 😀 I just couldn’t help myself!
There are lots of exciting things about to happen in life for us and I can’t wait to share them but for now. DH and I will be out living life! No waiting around for us!
