So… if you’ve been reading here much at all, you know that I am of that certain age where temperature matters. I keep it cool at all times to help keep the hot flashes and night sweats away or a least to a minimum.
I’m one of those over thinkers… something happens and I immediately start looking for reasons… “What did I do to make this happen.” Yes, even with hot flashes and night sweats. I’m weird, I know. I usually look for foods to be the culprit… too many carbs, too much sugar and so on…
But recently I’ve started making the connection with my water intake. On days where I don’t drink enough water, I usually wake up hot and sometimes sweaty no matter what the temperature is in the room.
Has anyone else ever noticed this? I’m working hard to drink my water everyday but there are some days where I just can’t seem to do it! But I always pay for it.
So… I’m just saying… DRINK YOUR WATER, FRIENDS!! You’ll thank me later. ❤️
